What Do You Love Most About Croatia?
Croatia has a remarkable diversity. The Dalmatian coast features arid landscapes and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, is perfect for a refreshing swim. The north is lush and hilly, known for their delicious local products like wine, truffles, olive oil, and cheese. In Zagreb, you can admire the charming 1930s Art Deco architecture, and wandering through the medieval old town of Dubrovnik or exploring the Roman ruins in Split (ice cream in hand) offers a rich historical experience.
What’s One Thing You Always Recommend Clients Try When Visiting Croatia?
I recommend trying the local olive oil and honey—they’re exceptional! Also, don’t miss out on trying pumpkin seed oil and the fresh feta! I always recommend a stay at Spirito Santo Palazzo in Rovinj, too. Its ideal location, chic boutique atmosphere and friendly staff make it well worth a visit.
What's Your Most Memorable Trip?
One of my defining moments was conquering Machu Picchu at 18—an adventure that ignited my love for exploration. The scenery was breathtaking and it was incredible discovering the ancient ruins.

Santo Spirito in Rovinj for its boutique charm, sea views, and staff who make you feel like a regular; Grand Park Rovinj for its luxe feel, unbeatable location, and easy access to great restaurants; Judita Palace in Split for its old-world charm right in the heart of the city; and Hotel More in Dubrovnik, a longtime favourite thanks to its sea access and iconic cave bar.
What Are Your Favorite Restaurants in Croatia?
Lola in Vis is all charm and food perfection, with an idyllic atmosphere that makes you feel instantly transported, while oyster harvesting in Ston is the kind of unforgettable experience that stays with you.
