Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 Dubrovnik: Arrival into Dubrovnik
Upon arrival at Dubrovnik’s airport, you’ll be welcomed by our driver who will provide a transfer to your chic hotel tucked into a sheltered bay with a beach, a wellness center, and a spa with an indoor sea-view pool and a whirlpool tub. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours and you’ll be in the perfect spot to relax after a long flight. Perhaps soak up the Mediterranean sun while enjoying the scenery before taking advantage of the spa facilities. There are multiple dining and drinking options available right on-site with a focus on fresh Adriatic seafood and Croatian wines.

Day 2 Dubrovnik: Private Cycling Tour in the Konavle Valley with Cooking Class
A private half-day cycling tour brings you through the scenic Konavle valley just outside of Dubrovnik on two wheels. Pedal through this enchanting area with rushing rivers, picturesque vineyards, herb gardens, and charming authentic villages lying near the Snjeznica Mountain foothills. Your destination is a family home with an over 500-year history here where you’ll enjoy a warm welcome, and a tour of the kitchen and wine cellar. The family matriarch will guide you in preparing some of the most popular regional dishes the traditional way, without kitchen tools or electricity, before you sit down to enjoy the feast you helped make with local wine

Day 3 Hvar: Transfer to Hvar
It’s time to head to your next destination, sunny Hvar. Hvar Town is known for attracting the jet-set crowd, including plenty of celebrities, with its world-class dining and nightlife, but the island offers serene landscapes too, with everything from aromatic lavender fields and vineyards to postcard-perfect beaches. You’ll take a private transfer to Dubrovnik’s port to hop on the ferry and upon arrival, another driver will meet you there for a transfer to your hotel. After checking in, the remainder of the day is at your leisure – you might take a stroll to the fortress and climb to the top for an awe-inspiring view.

Day 4 Hvar: Wine Lovers Tour
Join your guide on the half-day Wine Lovers tour for an excellent sample of some of the tastiest wines produced on Hvar, visiting three different wineries. The exact wineries may vary depending on availability, but the following are some of the most popular and representative of the offerings here. They include the Tomic family’s winery in Jelsa which focuses on the original Dalmatian wine, Prosek. The Plenkovic family winery is in the seaside village of Sveta Nedjelja, known for its unique underwater wine cellar, while the Plancic family in Vrbanj started their winery over a century ago, combining traditional and modern methods.

Day 5 Hvar: Small Group Sunset Sailing Trip
The highlight of today is a four-hour sunset sailing trip that includes time to swim and snorkel. You’ll depart from Hvar’s harbor in the afternoon, winding through the dazzling Pakleni Islands, surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water, still and calm, it’s almost like a mirror. Enjoy opportunities to sunbathe and discover the beauty of hidden bays along the way. Stops will depend on the weather and what you and the group would most like to experience. Your return to the island of Hvar is perfectly timed to take in a magical sunset and you’ll enjoy a glass of wine, ideal for toasting to this memorable experience.

Day 6 Split: Transfer to Split
Departing for your final Croatia destination today, you’ll be met by your private driver for transfer to the ferry that will bring you to Split on the mainland. After checking into your hotel, located inside Diocletian’s Palace, you’ll have the remainder of the day to enjoy at your leisure. You’ll be perfectly situated for exploring the many galleries, boutiques, wine bars, and eateries that are housed in impeccably preserved Roman architecture. Consider a stroll along the Riva seaside promenade or even climbing Marjan Hill, a relatively easy walk to the top for a jaw-dropping view over the city, harbor, nearby islands, and colorful sunsets.

Day 7 Split: Private Tour of Krka National Park & Sibenik
A full-day tour from Split brings you to explore Krka National Park, known for its magnificent waterfalls and lush flora. You’ll travel to the small town of Skradin at the entrance to the park, hopping on a boat for a cruise on the river Krka walk followed by a walk along the park’s picturesque trails. Enjoy views of the cascades, including Skradinski Buk. Afterward, you’ll visit the oldest city along the Adriatic coast, Sibenik, to admire the stunning Cathedral of St. James, the country’s most important Renaissance monument and the setting for the depiction of the Iron Bank of Braavos in “Game of Thrones.”

Day 8 Athens: Fly to Athens
With your trip reaching the halfway point, you’ll soon catch your flight to Athens, Greece. Upon checkout at your hotel in Split, you’ll be met by your driver for a private transfer to the airport. Another driver will be there to welcome you into Athens and provide a transfer to your hotel in the historic center, just a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You’ll find plenty to enjoy within easy reach, from historical attractions to shops. Unwinding with a glass of wine at one of the sidewalk cafes is a great way to soak up the atmosphere.

Day 9 Athens: Private Highlights of Athens Walking Tour
Get to know Athens more in-depth on a private guided tour, starting with the Acropolis. Climb the iconic hill with your expert guide, enjoying insights into its history and the multiple monuments, including the Parthenon that’s overlooked the city for more than 2,500 years, the Temple of Athena Nike, Propylaea, and more. After this two-hour tour, head to the Plaka district, one of Athens’ oldest neighborhoods, lying beneath the shadow of the Acropolis. It holds many historical monuments of its own, including the Ancient Agora and Hadrian’s Library. This evening, perhaps dine with a sunset and Acropolis view in one of the many rooftop eateries.

Day 10 Mykonos: Fly to Mykonos
This morning your driver will meet you at your hotel in Athens upon checkout, providing a private transfer to the airport where you’ll catch a flight to Mykonos. Upon arrival, another driver will be waiting to bring you to your luxury beachfront hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy the island at your leisure. This is an ideal time to explore the many upscale boutiques and galleries in Mykonos town, or you might want to take advantage of the many photo-ops in Little Venice with the historic windmills just above. It’s home to many waterfront bars and cafes that provide sunset views.

Day 11 Mykonos: Small Group Mykonos Island Jeep Discovery
A half-day tour by Jeep provides a fun adventure to hidden spots on Mykonos that few visitors see. Your first stop is St. Ioannis, one of the island’s most beautiful areas. Spend time on Ornos Beach with its fine sands and azure waters providing a great photo-op, and visit the serene Ano Mera village too. Discover the chambers of the Panagia Tourliani monastery and take a tour of a traditional Mykonian farm. While you’re there, enjoy a light lunch made with ingredients right from the farm, complemented with traditional raki. Conclude by visiting more idyllic beaches for photos and a panoramic view of Mykonos Town.

Day 12 Santorini: Transfer to Santorini
Departing Mykonos by ferry, you’ll cruise to Santorini. The arrival itself is impressive as you’ll be gazing up at the towering walls of the caldera, the result of a massive volcanic eruption that occurred over 3,500 when the center of the island collapsed into the sea. Your driver will meet you upon disembarkation to provide a private transfer to your hotel in Fira, Santorini’s capital. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, with plenty to explore nearby from the Thera Prehistoric Museum and Thera Archaeological Museum to numerous shops, art galleries, and dining and entertainment venues, including multiple eateries with sea and caldera views.

Day 13 Santorini: Small Group Santorini Morning Quad Bike Tour
A half-day tour brings you to Santorini’s more hidden gems by ATV. Start from the famous black sands of Perissa beach, traveling to the village of Emporio, overlooked by the restored 15th-century Venetian castle. Enjoy time to explore its narrow labyrinth of streets and perhaps grab a strong Greek coffee. Megalochori, Santorini’s most traditional village, is your next stop, followed by the caldera and a visit to the island’s oldest winery for a tasting that includes three acclaimed wines complemented with light bites and a breathtaking view. Afterward, marvel at a unique chapel in a cave, concluding with a ride on the beach.

Day 14 Santorini: Day at Leisure
Enjoy a full day of leisure to do what interests you most. You might hike the path that runs along the rim of the caldera between Fira and Oia, bringing countless photo-ops, including picturesque churches and the sparkling sapphire sea. Timed right, arriving in Oia just before dusk, you’ll be able to watch one of the world’s most famous sunsets too. If you’re interested in the island’s past, don’t miss the Akrotiri archaeological site, covered under ash similar to Pompeii, it’s an excellent glimpse of life here nearly 3,700 years ago with multilevel buildings, elaborate draining systems, pottery, and more.

Day 15 Santorini: Departure from Santorini
Savor those last moments on the island as it will soon be time to depart. Your driver will meet you at your hotel for a private transfer to Santorini’s airport where you’ll catch your flight to Athens and begin your journey home, or head out on further travels.
